We cannot accept returns on any item after 14 days from delivery.
Custom Orders: Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for custom items unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Sale Items: We are unable to accept returns on sale items unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Exchanges: We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.
To be eligible for a return, we require proof of purchase. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
To begin the returns process, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for our return address and further instructions for returning goods. Please note customers are liable for the cost of returning goods to us via a traceable/proof of postage method.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days and refunded to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Please note refunds can take a further five business days to be refunded to some credit and debit cards.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
